Successo scontato per Operatic Showcase VIII

Scontato il successo della serata organizzata dalle catechiste del Mary Queen of Families Children's Atrium e dai Cavalieri di Colombo - Consiglio Beato Luigi Monti della Parrocchia dell'Immacolata Concezione di Woodbridge, che per il terzo anno consecutivo hanno ospitato l'orchestra ed il coro magistralmente diretti da David Varjabed.
Applausi a scena aperta ed espressioni di stupore per un gruppo artistico che è stato costretto ad esibirsi in una struttura che non ha certamente esaltato tutte le qualità, canore ed musicali.
Tra i vari artisti che si sono esibiti anche la piccola Ekaterina che, nonostante i suoi 12 anni, ha dimostrato di avere capacità canore al pari di un soprano esperto, esibendosi con gorgheggi da fare invidia ad un usignolo.
Al termine del concerto il maestro David Varjabed, di origini armene, si è lasciato andare in un lungo discorso di ringraziamento in lingua italiana, asserendo che il suo corpo viene alimentato da due tipi di sangue: quello armeno, che alimenta tutte le funzioni biologiche, e quello italiano, che alimenta il suo amore per la musica.

A huge success the evening organized by the Catechesis of Queen Mary of Families Children’s Atrium and the Knights of Columbus- Beato Luigi Monti of the Parish of Immaculate Conception of Woodbrdige, It was the third consecutive year they hosted the orchestra and choir directed by David Varjabed.
There was great applause for the group that was forced to perform in a structure that does not exult all the music qualities, but much applause was given.
Among various artists there was also a young 12 year old Ekaterina who’s talent was just as superior as the other guest.
At the end of the concert, maestro David Varjabed, who’s origin is Armenian , gave a thank you speech in two languages. In English but also in Italian since his love for music began in Italian.
